A while ago, Sweety Agrawal noticed something that didn’t make sense. Bright, hardworking students were still getting stuck on simple problems—not because they didn’t study, but because they weren’t taught how to think.
With a strong academic background—M. Tech topper from NSIT Delhi, B.E. topper from Pune University, GATE AIR 371, IEEE researcher, and former R&D engineer at Cummins—she had already mastered solving complex problems. But instead of continuing in engineering, she chose a harder path: changing how children learn.
She realized the real issue: children aren’t weak; they’re trained to memorize, not think. So she replaced rote learning with stories, games, and simple reasoning techniques that children actually enjoy and remember.
Slowly, hesitation turned into independent problem-solving. Confidence replaced fear, and clarity replaced confusion. With 9+ years of experience, her mission is simple—help children become calm, confident thinkers who don’t just score better, but learn to think independently.
